For Employers — Whisleblower Protection

Any time an employee makes a complaint about health, safety, environmental, financial issues or various other issues, it must be acted upon promptly.  Under the Delaware Whistleblowers Protection Act, the employer must be very careful in dealing with an employee who has made a complaint to your company, regulatory agency or law enforcement agency, or if you reasonably believe the person is about to make a complaint.
