For Employees — Sexual Harassment

Both male and female employees can be subject to sexual harassment through conduct, physical contact, verbal communications, non-verbal communications including email and text messages, displaying sexually suggestive material in the workplace, including on a computer screen, etc.  If you have been sexually harassed in or about the workplace by a supervisor or co-worker, the Wilson Firm is available to evaluate your case and determine if the employer has taken proper steps to protect you from the harassment and, if it has not, to offer you advice on how to protect your rights up to and including litigation of your claim.
